Dr. Bernadette GrayDr. Bernadette Gray

Dr. Bernadette Gray has her clinical doctorate of psychology, and is a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. She has extensive clinical and professional business experience, both as an entrepreneur and as a coach.

Dr. Gray is a former field instructor for the University of Denver and Metro State College. Additionally, she is a former public school teacher, has experience in Christian and secular counseling, and interned at Paul Meier Clinic in Chicago, Illinois.

She is a caring professional who will help you turn your life around. Her specialties are Marriage, Individual, and Family Counseling, as well as Life Coaching along with Business and Career Coaching.


Jackie MishoeJackie Mishoe

Jackie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  Her degrees include Marriage & Family Therapy and Human Development & Family Studies.   She has experience working as a Family Therapist for the Department of Youth Alternatives in WY.  She also has experience working as a therapist at the Center for Family & Couples Therapy at Colorado State University.

Jackie has professional experience working with teen and adult individuals, families and couples that need assistance with Family Conflict, Co-Parenting, Anxiety, Depression, Grief & Loss, Anger Management, and Self-Esteem issues.   Jackie uses strength-based, client-centered and systemic approaches with her clients and Families.  Her approach to treatment is to use empathy and cultural sensitivity to help clients achieve their mental health goals, live to their highest potential, and function more harmoniously with others.


Lauren SamsSherrie Williams-Rowe

Sherrie is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado.  She has worked in the private practice sector for over 15 years.  Sherrie has experience in Individual, Family, Couples, and Groups.  Sherrie works with treatment issues that include Couples, Self Esteem, Identity Issues, Anger Issues, Life Transitions, Depression, Anxiety, and Parent-Teen Relationships.  Sherrie also facilitated gender specific groups that were community and school based for 12 years.

Sherrie specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Based, and Motivational Therapy.  She also will use other therapeutic techniques in her therapy.

Sherrie strongly believes that Mental Health Counseling is a collaborative, strength based, spiritual, and holistic effort that everyone in the community helps nurture.  She strives to provide a supportive and trusting environment for each person to make decisions, and problem solve issues so that there is movement toward professional and personal goals.  She also believes in the concept of ‘ubuntu’ – I am who I am because of who we are.


Lauren SamsLauren Sams

Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern Utah University. She has worked as a therapist with Southeast Counseling and Coaching Center since 2014. She has prior therapeutic experience as a shelter manager at a Crisis Center for women and children and as a counselor for adolescents at an Aurora Middle School. Lauren enjoys helping Children, Adolescents, Individual Adults, and Families. Her original style integrates a variety of therapies including: Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Family Systems.

Lauren is an adaptable, engaging, easy-going therapist who blends counseling and fun to create an environment that is comfortable while also remaining goal-oriented. Working with clients from diverse cultures and various age groups has given her unique experience that she draws from during each session. She has the flexibility to meet each client’s individual needs, understanding that not everyone can be helped by a-one-size-fits-all approach. Lauren aids clients who are struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Relationship Issues, Low Self-Esteem, Behavioral Difficulties, Family Communication, Developmental and Adjustment Issues. She enjoys guiding clients as they make progress toward improving their daily functioning and life satisfaction.


Dave YobleDave Yoble

Dave recently moved to Colorado in June 2018.  He was practicing therapy in Omaha, Nebraska.  Dave obtained his B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his M.A. from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.  He became a Licensed Mental Health Professional and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. 

Dave spent five years working with at-risk youth at Big Brothers Big Sisters prior to becoming a therapist.  He began his therapeutic career providing in-home therapy services with low-income families and children involved in the foster-care system.  His last few years were focused on juveniles and adults involved in the criminal justice system.  Dave incorporates a strengths-based and holistic approach that utilizes Motivational Interviewing, Solutions-Focused, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy theories.  Dave has experience working with Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Substance Use, Family Communication, and Life Crises.  He works with people of all ages, sexual orientations, races, cultures, and economic backgrounds. 

Dave is a loving and positive person that strives to help all individuals and families that enter his office.  He has an extremely accepting and open personality.  He believes in making a therapeutic connection as soon as possible in order to maximize his ability to help people achieve their goals.  Dave spends his free time with his wife and twin children, engaging in community events and enjoying outdoor activities.  


Demi FoldsDemi Folds

Demi is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Addiction from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia. She has experience counseling adolescents at Pinnacle High School, working as a substance abuse case worker at a Methadone Maintenance Clinic, and working as a crisis counselor at a domestic violence Women’s Shelter. Demi enjoys working with Adolescents, Individual Adults, and Families. She utilizes a blend of therapies which include Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, and Family Systems in order to form a unique treatment plan for each client’s particular needs.

Demi is a positive, creative, resourceful, personable, and nonjudgmental therapist that is very dedicated to her clients. She has experience working with clients from diverse cultures and various age groups. She understands how culture plays a big role within everyone’s lives. She works with clients who are struggling with Addictions, Adjustment Issues, Anxiety, Communication Difficulties, Depression, Family Functioning, Motivation, Relationship Issues, and Stress. Demi is goal-oriented and enjoys bringing humor into her sessions to help her clients process and address their issues in a safe and enjoyable environment in order to improve their daily functioning and life satisfaction.


Tiffany CristTiffany Crist

Tiffany is a Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate and she received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. She predominantly works with Adults, Couples and Families to address Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Parenting and Behavioral Issues and Life Transitions.  

Tiffany’s approach to working with clients includes Relational Life, Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and general systems therapies.  Tiffany works collaboratively with her clients and utilizes direct, open and honest communication to support them toward their goals.

Tiffany is also an EMDR trained therapist.  EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional difficulties that are the result of distressing or traumatic life experiences.  This treatment approach results in an improved view of the self, relief from disruptive symptoms and an increase in more powerful, adaptive positive thinking.
